Este grupo de trabalho \u00e9 visto como um activo estrat\u00e9gico para ambos, facilitando a circula\u00e7\u00e3o no espa\u00e7o da CPLP e promovendo projectos como o mapeamento de cabo-verdianos e descendentes em Portugal.
